The Companion Before the Journey

Man is adorned by sincere brothers and finds tranquility within their embrace; they are the adornment in times of ease and the formidable provision when the winds of affliction blow. Indeed, among the greatest graces of Allah the Almighty bestowed upon His servants is to bless them with mercies that occasionally manifest in the form of "loyal friends." If injustice besets a person, they become a shield and an army for him; if debts weigh him down or worries overwhelm him, they stand as his succor and support. Thus, a wise person can never dispense with a righteous companion who shares with him the ruggedness of the path.
This supreme truth shone brilliantly in the purest human journey on the day of the blessed Prophetic Migration, where the journey began with "The Companion Before the Journey." This principle remains a guiding beacon for every traveler, reminding him that the beauty of the journey, the safety of arrival, and the overcoming of obstacles ultimately lie in the presence of a companion who strengthens the resolve and banishes loneliness.
