The Hijab is obligatory for only three categories…
The Holy Qur'an addressed believing women regarding modesty by associating them with the highest of ranks: "your wives, your daughters, and the women of the believers." Allah Almighty says:
"O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters, and the women of the believers to draw their outer garments close around them. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused."
If you see yourself among these three, then congratulations to you for this call and this honor; for this obligation is not a restriction, but rather an elevation and a noble status that every woman who attributes herself to faith is honored to hold.
O Allah, grant us wisdom, sound speech, and eloquence of expression; guide us to gentleness in advising and calling to goodness; and adorn us with the beauty of obedience and noble character.
