A sage was once asked,

"What astonishes you most about the state of this existence?"

He paused for a long moment in deep thought, then said: "This human being! He exhausts the prime of his health and the beauty of his well-being in gathering wealth, until, overwhelmed by illness, he spends all he has accumulated in hopes of reclaiming a breath of life and health! He carries the burden of his tomorrow so heavily that it haunts his rest, stripping away the splendor of his present and robbing him of its sweetness. Thus, he lives in the illusion that he will endure forever, only for death to ambush him as though he had never lived a single day...

Indeed, the purity of life lies in simplicity, and the peace of the heart is a tranquility that settles within a person when they realize the ultimate truth:

“Is Allah not sufficient for His servant?”

Rest from the exhaustion of overthinking, and live your moment with a reassuring heart; for whoever is sufficed by Allah has truly gained the world and its peace."
