Do not carry hatred in your heart toward anyone,
even if they wronged you; for whoever harms others is sufficiently repaid by the harm life inflicts upon them.
And feel compassion for those who ظلم you, for they will one day stand helpless before God’s justice.
Yes, detest disbelief, immorality, and disobedience;
detest injustice and tyranny,
backbiting and gossip,
and all that is corrupt in character.
